A few weeks ago I had a machine dropped for a new battery and to be reimaged. The battery was easy to replace, but, on restart it wouldn't boot. I took the battery out hoping that would do it, but, it still wouldn't boot. Looks like I will have to find the manual to see how I can force a BIOS reset and then do the reimage.
